Description
Tanzanian peaberry coffee is a specific type of coffee bean that results from a natural mutation where only one, round seed develops inside a coffee cherry instead of the usual two. It is known for a rich body, intense flavor, and fragrant aroma, with tasting notes often including caramel, stone fruit, chocolate, or citrus. These beans, which make up only about 5–10% of a harvest, are prized by connoisseurs for their unique flavor profile and are often sourced from high-altitude regions in Tanzania.
